1. For warranty motors
Customer should follow the Warranty Procedure.
2. For motors other than quality defects, all returns must include :
a. A Copy of original invoice from Connex.
b. An explanation of why this product is going to be returned.
c. An Authorization Number provided by Connex, marked on the outside of returned box.
All returns should be within 10 days from the date of purchasing. Customer should prepay the freight of return. 20% of invoiced value will be charged as re-stocking cost for all unused product.
